When I first started at Canary Systems in May 2018, two variations of the same logo were in use with slightly different colors. I quickly confirmed which version was the correct option to use and began ensuring that all materials going forward used this version.

In working with the file over the next few years I noticed some general minor issues with the file that required cleanup such as stray points in the document, excessive unnecessary points in the file paths, and odd mis-aligned points. I cleaned up the logo as these things were observed to create the logo currently in use.

I also created a logo color reference guide, a guide for secondary use colors in the software created by Canary Systems and the use case for each, as well as a logo embroidery guide for uniforms.

2022 involved a celebration of the company’s 25th anniversary. I created a “25 years” version of the logo and associated branding graphics to be used throughout the duration of the year.
